FREE or Cheap Target Deals week of 8/23

An example of why i say this: At one time Target had Glade Scented Oil Tin's on Temp Price Cut for $1.67 a pc. I read a tip on AFullCup that you could get them for .17 a pc w/a coupon found inside but they were listed as $2.99 on the shelf.

So i assumed that the deal was not in my store. Little did i know i should have scanned the item FIRST because it scanned at a different price than the shelf price.

So MAKE SURE to ALWAYS scan the items you see here to verify whether or not you will get the same deal.
