Recently I was approached by My Blog Spark to review Yoplait Fiber One Yogurt. I could not have been more thrilled. They DEFINATLY came to the right person. I LOVE trying out new products and telling everyone in site how I feel about them. Not to mention the fact that I have kind of fallen off track as of late with my healthy lifestyle. This review/giveaway has lifted my spirits and helped me realize that I needed to get back on track with my water, fiber intake, and HEALTHY snacking!
Yoplait Fiber One is SO Yummy!!! This product is carried in a pack of 4 and you can indulge in a variety of yummy flavors such as Strawberry, Vanilla, Key Lime Pie, or Peach. I chose Strawberry it’s smooth and creamy and has chunks of strawberries it like a burst of flavor and a dream come true to those low on their fiber!! It is only 50 calories and 5 grams of fiber per cup!! That is almost unbelievable i mean for Yogurt that is only 50 calories and 5 grams (20% of your daily intake) to taste THAT good you would think I was lying to you! The thing is you have nothing to lose and I have nothing to gain! On top of all that this product is Hungry Girl approved (and Sherry approved!!)
Did you know that the average American only takes in 14-15 grams a day!? That is almost HALF of the daily suggested intake value!! Just a quick little fact check.

I LOVE THIS SITE!! YOU ARE DOING AMAZING!!! Since I had my baby I have been struggling with my weight. I have gone up and down and kick starting my new diet with some fiber one yogurt would be great.
Shhh.... I love dark chocolate. In fact I just had a handful of dark chocolate M&M's with peanuts, craisins, and raisins.
My favorite low fat, healthy snack is the 94% fat free microwave popcorn.
