I do my best couponing at Target!! I LOVE Target! The reason being is you can stack Target coupons HERE (new coupons) or HERE (not yet expired but no longer on website) with MFQ’s!! Target also price matches now!!! Effective 7/12/2009 and lets not forget the wonderful Target GC deals they have weekly!!
