Tell them you love them!!

We tell our parents, spouses, and children that we love them and appreciate them as often as possible. They not only appreciate it as well but we get a warm fuzzy feeling knowing that the feeling is mutual!
So why not tell the company that YOU love just how much!? What better way can you think of to reach out and ask what you want from who you want!? Reach out email them and tell them!! They will appreciate that you appreciate their products and their services and we appreciate those wonderful money saving coupons they are so generous to share with us!
I have come to the realization that if i want something i need to ask for it. If i want coupons and i can’t find them i will email the company and tell them just how much i love their products and ask where i can find some coupons or simply ask them to send some.
This works both ways. Had a bad experience with a product that you normally do not have problems with let them know! They will look into the problem and come up with a solution. If you tried the product for the first time and didn’t like what you experienced it could possibly been a quality issue. They will send you out a new product or a coupon for a free product. I have done this many times before. I have been very pleased (What we as consumers should be)
Here is an email i received tonight when i was upset at the fact that i can never find coupons for my favorite cat litter Scoop Away!!

All i did was go to their website and used the contact us link. It is that simple. I told them how much i enjoy and appreciate their product but really wish that in these trying times there were more coupons out there for this particular product!

• Polar Electro (I had purchased my new Polar HRM online brand new from Amazon and was very unhappy with the quality of the strap the first day it fell apart I quickly called the company and the person on the other end of the line was so pleasant and understanding it left me with such a wonderful feeling in my soul!! He said that he would send me out a new strap free of charge and when i asked if i needed to send in the damaged product i was told no! Whew no shipping!! So i am sure you can imagine how pleased i was to open my mailbox the day the package came and not find only 1 $50.00 strap but 2!!!)
• Mrs.. Dash (They sent me out a coupon rite away for $.50 off and from time to time i get e-mail as well as postal mailings from them)
• Lipton (They sent me out a booklet of coupons just for calling and asking them how many calories were in one serving of their Soup Secrets because i was not clear on a serving size)
